ETNA
Created in 2018, ETNA is Fayat Foundations’ “under 35” youth committee. Through the work of this committee, the members want to create ties between the division’s services by providing useful materials and tools for our business lines, but also put on events to bring people together and provide a break from the everyday routine.
ETNA now features 20+ members spread across over 10 very wide-ranging projects (Technical, Sports, Environmental, Recreation).
With these projects, ETNA aims to:
- Bring as many ideas as possible to fruition
- Create a multi-services dynamic
- Pool our experiences and skills
- Simply share
BeePot
BeePot is a non-profit organisation aiming to promote biodiversity and ecology to employees at Sefi-Intrafor, Franki Fondation and their subsidiaries, as part of a participative and convivial approach.
The BeePot non-profit organisation was created following an initiative set up by Fayat Foundations’ HSQE service and management to install small mobile vegetable patches and beehives in Fayat Foundations’ green spaces.
Local partnerships
Multiple non-profit organisations are based near our premises.
So we created a partnership with the “Ferme Saint-Lazare” farm located in Grigny (Essonne) to assist BeePot’s members with the vegetable patch activity and beekeeping training.
A shuttle between the RER* station and the different sites in Grigny was put in place in partnership with the Essonne Mobilité non-profit organisation, which promotes inclusion via mobility (*high-speed train service linking Paris to the suburbs).
