Franki Fondation is hard at work to restructure the former Hôtel-Dieu hospital into a metropolitan library!

This high-rise building construction project is located on the corner of Rue Bellini and Rue Jean Jaurès in Puteaux (Hauts-de-Seine).

The Franki Fondation South-West agency is currently working on retaining structures and deep foundations on the EDONIA/Ilot B1 project in the town of Mérignac (Gironde).

PRISME is a sports facility dedicated to all athletes: disabled or able-bodied, professional or amateur.

This large-scale test (sized to bear a 1,500-tonne load) was carried out as part of a test pile contract to construct the future 3rd line of the Toulouse metro. 

Sefi-Intrafor worked down by Pierre Mauroy stadium in Villeneuve d’Ascq-Lezennes (Nord) on a land development project on Boulevard de Tournai in a tertiary business park and a new 24,000m² Leroy Merlin store for project owners Leroy Merlin and Aventim.

Sefi-Intrafor’s teams have been hard at work since the month of July to build the diaphragm wall foundations of the future Stade de France station (line 15 east). Panels of two thicknesses were used, 1,200mm and 1,500mm, at a depth locally exceeding 60m to ensure 3m anchoring in the coarse limestone. Grouting works were carried out beforehand to prevent any risks of leakage of mud and landslides during the setup of the diaphragm walls.

The worksite for the future bridge, provisionally called “’Salpêtrière”, which will cross the railway lines at Gare d’Austerlitz station (parallel to Chapelle St Louis and Rue François Bloch-Lainé) began in mid-July for the Franki Fondation teams.

After completing the diaphragm walls and the northern section of the cover slabs of the future Orly airport station (L14/L18) with our co-contractor Demathieu-Bard, the consortium’s teams began the earthworks, anchoring tie rods, and struts phase from December 2019.
